There is no one-size-fits-all plan of care and that’s why Eldercare creates a customized plan of care based on the unique preferences and needs of each client. Our home care service plans are designed to address current abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being. Eldercare Services
Founded in 2007, by Sioni Pastrano, Eldercare Services has been providing reliable, professional, and friendly care to countless families across the Las Vegas Valley. Now operated by her daughter, Maisie Pastrano, this woman-owned business has been recognized time and time again for it’s incredible services. Eldercare Services is a team of experienced and kind caregivers who assist with activities of daily living. Providing both live-in and live-out caregivers, the ultimate goal is to give families and individuals a feeling of ease and comfort in their home. The staff is much like an extension of your family, a team of caring & helpful people you can trust.
Eldercare Hospice
With roots in the family’s caregiving business, two brothers set out to support the medical side of needs that they noticed were becoming more prevalent. In 2019 Matthew and Wayne Pastrano started A Plus Home Healthcare, an agency that provides skilled nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapy and Master’s Social Work inside patient’s homes. After a serious illness or injury, patient’s need some help recovering at home and A Plus Home Healthcare makes that experience easy, understandable, and kind. With a team of excellent clinicians who not only are the best in their field, but are continuously improving their techniques and attending ongoing education.

With an incredible track record in homecare, providing clinicians at A Plus Home Health and caregivers at Eldercare Services, it was a natural step to open Eldercare Hospice in 2021, a home hospice & palliative care agency. Eldercare Hospice brings all of the necessary resources together to allow you to experience comfort and peace at home while you continue to live through a life-limiting illness. Our compassionate team focuses on providing relief from the symptoms, pain, physical & mental stress of your chronic illness while continuing to improve the quality of life for the patients and families alike. We believe that all parts of your life should be full of love, appreciation, and dignity. Home Hospice care is fully covered by Medicare.
